Abstract	The article is devoted to the development of theoretical and metodologichesogo apparatus architectural typologies to describe the relationship of architectural and spatial models with a system of social norms and constraints. The paper focuses on the comprehensive review of the typology of space-planning decisions in terms of access control and security. The article defines the approaches to a safe buildings and complexes architectural design.
